SURVEY & PERMITTING

We do it all and take care of it, so you don’t have to worry about it. Our in house team checks local city codes and analyzes neighboring properties for any potential site concerns to deal with them in advance of your project. We also review Zoning & Land Use, and any codes or agreements that may impact our signage requirements. All of this before we even start manufacturing your sign, so that no time is wasted.

DESIGN

If you need to order 2,000 signs for your hotel project but want to make sure all of the materials in your design will look cohesive together.

INSTALLATION

Our fully certified national network of installation specialists which are graded on every project according to our stringent standards helps us to guarantee a “World Class Experience” each time.

This being one of the most important steps of the process, we don’t leave anything to chance and use our PMP software to ensure that all necessary steps have been completed for install day. All permits approved, drawings submitted, landlord approvals and site has been prepped for a successful installation. Therefore, allowing you to be confident in the completion of the project.

MANUFACTURING

All of our manufacturers are not just UL certified and State Sign Master Contractors, they have gone through an extensive qualification process to make it through our NDS Partner Network.

Project Managers

You will have your own dedicated Project Manager from beginning to end. Technology is great, but nothing beats a real live person you can call and talk to you at a moment notice. That’s what we provide at National Direct Signs, whether your job is one location or one hundred, if it requires a PM you will have one
for the duration of the project.
